Guilt-Free Superfood Chocolate Bark

For those who need a little something sweet after dinner.

Gluten & dairy free superfood chocolate bark

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate morsels
  • 2 tbsp raw local honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup raw chopped nuts or seeds of choice (almonds, walnuts, pepita seeds)
  • ¼ cup dried berries (goji, date, raisin, cranberry, cherry)
  • 1 small handful of unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

1.     Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.     Melt coconut oil, honey and chocolate morsels on low heat in a nonstick pan on the stovetop.

3.     Once the mixture has melted, fold in the nuts and berries and stir well with a spatula

4.     Immediately pour the melted chocolate mixture onto your parchment paper, using a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly across the paper.

5.     Sprinkle the small handful of coconut evenly across the sheet of chocolate. If you’d like, sprinkle with additional nuts or seeds.

6.     Place chocolate in the fridge and let harden, roughly 30-60 minutes.

7.     Once hardened, break the chocolate with hands or the tip of a knife and enjoy!
