Maggie's CocoDateNut Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 8 pitted dates
  • Raw honey to taste
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 
    • makes roughly 24 balls

Directions

Pour the nuts and dates into a blender and pulse until the nuts are chopped. Next take a heaping spoonful of the nut & date mixture and form a ball with your hands. Drizzle raw honey on all sides of the ball. Pour the coconut in a bowl and roll the balls until coated to your liking. Cover and store the CocoDateNut balls in your fridge so they set and hold their shape. Enjoy a CocoDateNut Energy Ball before a workout in the morning or as a mid afternoon snack or as dessert after dinner!
