Poached Eggs & Avocado Toast
1 slice of sesame Ezekiel bread
1/4 Avocado mashed w/ a dash of garlic salt
2 eggs, poached
2 slices of bacon
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day & lately I have been on the biggest egg & avocado toast kick. It's the perfect blend of healthy fats, carbs, & protein. I love love love the way the runny yolk seeps into the avocado mash making each bite a real treat. Haven't given egg (any type of egg) and avo toast a try yet? I advise you do, ASAP!
