  • Tempo bicep curl x 12 + 30 second hold
  • Tricep kickback x 10

Complete 3 rounds

One-minute jump

  • Reverse lunge overhead press x16 (8 each)
  • Sumo squat upright row x 10
  • Squat lateral raise x 16 (8 each)
  • One-minute squat hold
