Arms & Abs Sculpting Trampoline Workout! 


5 minute trampoline warm-up (see moves here)

  • 1 minute basic jump
  • 1 minute high knees
  • 1 minute butt kickers
  • 30 second in-out squats
  • 30 second jumping jacks
  • 1 minute basic jump

Upper Body Circuit

  • Incline push-ups x 10
  • Tricep dip x 12
  • Decline oblique twist x 16
  • Tricep push-up burpee x 10
    Repeat
  • 1 minute cardio blast

Abs Circuit

  • Decline side plank leg lift x 24
  • Decline low plank leg raise x 30
  • Incline sit-up twist x 20
    Repeat
  • 1-minute cardio blast
    REPEAT ENTIRE WORKOUT
  • Cool down & stretch
